形態特徵

• Annual herb; stems prostrate or ascending, up to 30 cm long, pilose.
• Leaves ovate to narrowly ovate, 1.5-2.5 cm long, 0.7-1.2 cm wide, acute or acuminate at apex, cuneate or rounded at base, margins entire, ciliate, lustrous green above, hairy on both surfaces; petioles 7-10 mm long, pilose.
• Flowers solitary or few in cymes, white, axillary; pedicels 10-18 mm long; sepals 5, oblong to lanceolate, 4-5 mm long, the margins scarious, ciliate; petals narrowly obovate, shorter than sepals, entire.
• Capsules shorter than sepals, 6-valved, valves reflexed at apex; seeds reniform-orbicular, about 0.8 mm across, black, with a small laciniate strophiole.

分布

• 台灣 : 1,000-1,500 m in northern and central parts of island, very rare.
• 世界 : Widely distributed in temperate region of the northern hemisphere, central China, Xinjiang.
